修正性内窥镜鼻窦手术相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨提高修正性内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效的措施。方法:采用Messenklinger术式对68例复发性鼻窦炎,鼻息肉患者行修正性内窥镜鼻窦手术,并对鼻腔、鼻窦疾病患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果:68例(105侧)随访1年以上,治愈45例,好转10例,无效13例,有效率为80.8%,手术无严重的并发症发生。结论:充分的术前准备、熟练的手术操作,以及加强术后随访是提高手术疗效的关键因素。Objective： To explore measures improving effects of amendment of endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic sinusitis and polyps. Methods： Amendment of endoscopic sinus surgery was performed on 68 patients with chronic sinusitis or polyps by using the Messerklinger technique and Strykerdebrider method, and the data collected were analyzed. Result： After follow-up observation for one year, 45 patients of the 68 were successfully cured, 10 patients showed improvement, but the other 13 failed. The effective rate was 80.8%. No serious complication occurred, except orbital hematoma in 5 patients, and profuse bleeding in 4. Conclusion： The operation quality can be greatly improved by enough preoperative preparation, fine operation, and postoperative follow-up treatment.
