关节镜下探察清理术后外用中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的：对关节镜下探察清理术后，外用伤骨科Ⅱ号治疗36例42个膝关节骨性关节炎（OA）的疗效评价。方法：对36例42个膝OA患者，关节镜下探察清理术后外用伤骨科Ⅱ号1～2个疗程，参考Ogilvie-harris标准，对治疗结果进行评分、总结。结果：优15个膝关节，占35．71％；良13个膝关节，占30．95％；中11个膝关节，占26．23％；差3个膝关节，占7．11％；本组膝OA的36例42个膝关节，优良率92．89％，明显高于文献报告的单纯关节镜下探察清理术，差者是中晚期膝OA患者。结论：关节镜下探察清理术后配合外用伤骨科Ⅱ号1～2个疗程治疗膝OA的疗效显著，尤其对早中期OA疗效更佳。Objective： To estimate the curative effect of Shang Gu Ⅱ using in knee arthritis after the detecting and cleaning operation under the Joint-Lens. Methods：Cases of 42 patients with knee OA, were treated by the chinese herbal in knee arthritis after the detecting and cleaning operation Under the Joint-Lens 1-2 courses. Accoeding to good,with the rate of 30.95 %, eleune tuere, midelle, with the rate of 26.23 % and three were bad,with the rate of 7.11 %. Ogilvie-harris standard, the curative resuits were evaluated and summarize7 Result： 15 knee joints, were excellent, with the rate of 35. 71%, thirteen were occupy 35.71%; 13 good knee joints, occupy 30.95%; 11 middling knee joints, occupy 26.23%; 3 bad knee joints The 42 knee joints in 36 cases had the excellent and good rate of examples 92.89%, significantly higher than that in the cultural heritage report. Conclusion：The curative effect of Shang Gu Ⅱ using in knee OA 1- 2 courses after the cleaning operation under the Joint-Lens shows good effect, particularly in the early and metaphase period of OA.
