摘  要:反应结晶过程是盐化工生产的一个重要环节。以硫酸钾的生产为例,从流体力学角度,通过建立沉降速度模型,研究晶体颗粒在液体中的沉降速度和阻力系数,探讨反应结晶过程中晶粒的沉降性能与终端沉降速度。研究结果表明:硫酸钾颗粒沉降速度与直径成正比。所建模型能较好地反映实际条件下的情况,为该工序的工艺设计与正常运行提供理论依据和技术支撑。The process of reactive crystallization is a key part in salt chemical production. Potassium sulfate production was taken for an example in this paper, sedimentation velocity and drag coefficient of crystal granula in the liquid were studied and sedimentation characteristics and terminal velocity of crystal granula were discussed by building sedimentation velocity model from the hydrodynamics angle. The results showed that :the sedimentation velocity of potassium sulfate granula was proportional to the granular diameter. The validity of this model was verified in the practice, which could offer theoretical foundation and technical support for the process design and normal operation.
