TiNi及TiNiCu合金Ms点变化的价电子结构分析

摘　　要：应用固体经验电子理论，采用非平均原子模型，对不同成分的ＴｉＮｉ及ＴｉＮｉＣｕ合金母相进行价电子结构计算和分析，结果发现母相最强键的大小与合金的Ｍｓ点有密切关系，最强键上的共价电子对数越多，Ｍｓ温度越低。Based on the emprical electron theory of solid and molecules,the composition effect on the Ms of TiNi and TiNiCu shape memory alloy is studied by analyzing the valence electron structure. The results show that the strongest bond in parent phase has close relations with Ms point of the alloy,and the stronger the bond,the lower the Ms point.
