摘　　要：本文引入工作流的概念,对公文运转的过程进行分解,包括角色、路径和公文模板等三个部分,并建立了数学模型-有向图。文中应用集合理论对有向图模型进行了分析,获得了一些公文流程电子化的理论结果。通过对一个典型的公文流程实例进行应用,验证了这些结果的有效性。The electro--processing of government--document--moving is the most important part in electro-government system, the most difficult disposing . It is decomposed to three parts using the concept of workflow,including roles, routes and templates. A mathematic model is built, a digraph. Using set theory to analyse the digraph model, some results are obtained in electro- ducumentprocess. They are effective through applying in a representative instance of electro- ducumentprocess.
