摘　　要：合成了标题化合物2-乙酰氨基苯甲酸(C9H9NO3),并通过X-射线衍射对其单晶结构进行了测定。该化合物单晶属于正交晶系,空间群为Fdd2,晶胞参数为a=10.829(4),b=30.149(7),c=10.552(3),β=90.00,°Z=16。标题化合物的所有非氢原子在同一个平面上,分子间存在弱的O─H…O和N─H…O氢键作用,使得单晶结构趋于稳定。The title compound of 2-acetamidobenzoic acid was synthesized and its crystal structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in Orthorhombic crystal system, space group Fdd2 with a =10. 829 （4）A, b = 30. 149 （7）A, c=10. 552 （3）A,β=90.00°, Z=16. In the title compound, the all non-hydrogen atoms lie in a plane. The crystal structure of the title compound is stabilized by weak O-H…O and N--H…O hydrogen bonds.
