继发性门静脉海绵样变性合并慢性粒细胞性白血病（附1例报告）

摘　　要：报道1例随访12年的中年男性诊断为肝硬化病人出现门静脉海绵样变性，临床表现为反复发作的食管静脉曲张破裂出血和大量腹水，病程中先出现门静脉血栓形成，门静脉海绵样变性通过彩色多普勒超声及MRI发现，手术确诊。病人在治疗过程中又发生了慢性粒细胞白血病（经骨髓细胞学、骨髓病理及ph染色体检查确诊）。We report a case following twelve years of an cavernous transformation of the portal vein in a 51 - year- old male patient with liver cirrhosis. The patient presented with recurrent esophageal variceal hemorrhage and massive ascites, cavernous transformation of the portal was demonstrated by color Doppler ultrasound and MRI confirmed by surgery. Chronic granolocytic leukemia occurred during the therapy, which was confirmed by medulla cytology, medulla pathology and ph chromosomg.
