摘 要:目的探讨口服有机磷农药中毒后最佳进食时机和进食进间与病情反跳的关系。方法在充分洗胃、导泻应用足量阿托品、胆碱酯酶复能剂的基础上,随机将119例有机磷重度中毒病人分为三组,A组41例,于中毒后24h内开始进食;B组38例,于中毒后24-48h开始进食;C组40例于中毒后48h后开始进食,观察不同进食时间对病情反跳的影响。结果A组(〈24h)、B(24~48h)、C组(〉48h)的反跳分别为9/41、5/38、2/40。结论正确把握进食时机是减少有机磷农药中毒反跳的重要措施之一。中毒后24h内应绝对禁食,中毒后48h为最佳进食时机。AIM To discuss the best time to begin to take food after oral organophosophorus intoxication. METHODS After adequate gastrolavage and letting the patients out with full atropineand cholinesterase reactivator,one hundred and nineteen patients were randomly divided into three groups. Group A had forty - one patients and began to take food within twenty - four hours after intoxication,Group B (thirty- eight patients)between twenty- four hours and forty, eight hours after intoxication and Group C(forty patients) forty - eight hours after intoxication. Then watched the effect of different time in the rebound of disease situation. In the end, we found the rebound happened to nine patients in Group A,five in Group B,two in Group C. CONCLUSION One of the most important measures to reduce the rebound of organophosophorus intoxication is to choose the best time to take food after intoxication. The patients are forbidden to take food within twenty - four hours while forty- eight hours after organophosophorus intoxication is the best time to take food.
