上海西郊变STATCOM测控系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：上海西郊变电站的±50Mvar新型静止无功发生器(STATCOM)正式并网投运后,极大地改善了系统暂态电压稳定性,弥补了现有的无功补偿装置无法动态支撑系统电压的局限性。测控系统是STATCOM的核心部分之一,它通过测量、计算,产生并控制驱动开关器件的脉冲来控制装置的运行,完成STATCOM需要完成的各项任务。文中介绍了上海220kV西郊变±50MvarSTATCOM成套装置的控制系统、检测与故障诊断系统以及通信系统设计,并对测控系统的实现方式进行了分析。测试结果表明各项性能均达到了要求。The ±50 Mvar static synchronous compensator （STATCOM） installed at Shanghai Xijiao substation greatly improved the voltage stability of Shanghai Power Grid, and remedied the defects of the current var compensation devices that cannot dynamically support system voltage. The measurement and control system is one of the core parts of STATCOM. It produces and controls the driving switching device pulse to control the device operation by measurement and calculation, and completes each function that STATCOM needs to complete. This paper introduces the control system, the construction of the monitoring and fault diagnostic system and the design of the communication system as well. The realization mode of the measurement and control system is also highlighted. Tests results confirmed that all performance requirements are met.
