摘　　要：目的评价河北省实施以麻疹减毒活疫苗（MV）强化免疫为主的加速控制麻疹策略取得的效果。方法对1997-2005年MV常规免疫、强化免疫、麻疹病例监测工作进行描述流行病学分析。结果河北省从1997年开始实施的加速控制麻疹策略，通过坚持MV的常规免疫和系统开展MV强化免疫，大大降低了麻疹发病率；通过建立灵敏的麻疹病例监测系统，不断改进和完善麻疹病例的血清学和病原学监测，为加速控制麻疹提供了依据。同时分析了加速控制麻疹存在的问题，提出了河北省为实现2012年消除麻疹目标应采取的策略。结论河北省加速控制麻疹取得了巨大进展，系统实施的免疫和监测策略为消除麻疹奠定了基础。Objective Evaluating the effect of measles accelerating control strategy in Hebei Province,in which the measles vaccine strengthening Immunization was implemented. Methods We analyzed the data of measles vaccine routine immunization,measles vaccine ＂catch-up＂ and ＂follow-up＂ immunization campaign and data of measles cases of epidemic and laboratory surveillance during 1997-2005. Results According to Hebei Province＇s measles accelerating control strategy, we insisted to carry out measles vaccine routine immunization and keep the high coverage rate. We have implemented measles ＂catch-up＂ and ＂follow-up＂ immunization campaign during 1998-2001 and 2002-2005, respectively. The measles cases incidence rate decreased greatly in the whole Province since then. The sensitive measles surveillance system has been established and the measles cases diagnosis in serology and pathogen level, for which to support the strategy and the implementing of the measles control have been improved. Meanwhile, by analyzing the problems in measles accelerating control work, proposed measles elimination strategy suggestion in the year of 2012 in Hebei Province. Conclusion Great progress had made in measles accelerating control work in Hebei Province,and the success in measles vaccine immunization and measles cases surveillance strategy have established the measles elimination.
