三起卡介苗误种处理时间间隔和不同药物局部封闭的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探索卡介苗误种后处理时间间隔和不同药物局部封闭的效果。方法收集三起卡介苗误种处理时间间隔和不同药物局部封闭资料,对不同时间间隔和不同药物局部封闭的痊愈效果和溃疡或脓肿的形成率进行对比分析。结果误种发生后到异烟肼封闭时间间隔为11h时,预防性治疗一疗程痊愈率为84%,溃疡或脓肿的形成率为16%;误种发生后到异烟肼封闭时间间隔为25h时,预防性治疗一疗程痊愈率为71%,溃疡或脓肿的形成率为29%。误种发生后到链霉素封闭时间间隔为4h,预防性治疗一疗程痊愈率为75%,溃疡或脓肿的形成率为25%。结论卡介苗误种处理的效果和预后取决于自误种发生后到药物封闭时间间隔的长短和局部封闭药物的选择,间隔时间越短效果越好,用异烟肼封闭优于链霉素,首次封闭尤其明显。Objective Trying to illustrate the results of the containment treatment with different interval duration of three groups of unintended subcutaneous BCG injection. Method Collected the data of containment treatment with different interval duration of three groups of unintended subcutaneous BCG injection and compared the rate of ulceration/node in different groups by containment treatment including localized with anti-tuberculosis agent injection around the BCG injection place after subcutaneous BCG injection happened. Results The rate of ulceration/node by containment treatment including localized with INH （isonicotinic acid hydrazide）injection around the BCG injection place within 11 hours after subcutaneous BCG injection happened was 16%,meanwhile the rate of ulceration/node by localized with INH within 25 hours was 29% which was similar to 25% of that localized with SM （streptomycin） within 4 hours after subcutaneous BCG injection happened,showing localized injection with INH was better than with SM in preventing the BCG ulceration/node. Conclusion The prognosis of the containment treatment of the unintended BCG subcutaneous injection depended on not only interval duration after unintended BCG injection occured to the containment action taken,the shorter the better,but also the localized injection with anti-tuberculosis agent,INH better than SM.
