摘　　要：AFLP分子标记是一种基于PCR的DNA指纹分析方法,广泛应用于遗传多样性和亲缘关系的分析、遗传图谱构建、品种鉴定及标记辅助育种等方面。简要介绍了AFLP分子标记技术的原理、发展及在热带作物遗传育种中的应用。Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism （AFLP）is a PCR-based technique being used for DNAfingerprinting analysis as a molecular marker,which has been applied widely in analysis of genetic diversity and relationships,construction of genetic linkage map,identification of germplasm resources and cultivars and molecular markerassisted selection. In this paper, the principle,development of AFLP and its applications in tropical crop were introduced and discussed.
