摘　　要：建立对乙酰氨基酚片快速、专属的鉴别方法。以热水为溶剂进行重结晶,采用红外分光光度法(溴化钾压片)进行定性鉴别。对乙酰氨基酚片与对乙酰氨基酚对照品的红外吸收光谱完全一致,并与国家药典委员会颁布的《药品红外光谱集》中的对乙酰氨基酚光谱一致。本法专属性强、快速、简便。A rapid and exclusive method for the identification of paracetamol tablets was established, The sample was crystallized with hot water, and identified by the infrared spectrophotometric method, The infrared absorption spectrum of the paracetamol tablets was completely in conformity with that of the reference substance and the standard spectrum of paracetamol in Infrared Spectrum Album of Drugs issued by Chinese Pharmacopoeia Committee.
