摘　　要：针对目前缺少有效管理文献阅读中产生的摘记、心得等个人知识工具的现状,提出并实现了一种基于xml的轻便灵活的知识管理工具设计思路,该工具能对个人化知识进行汇总和多种形式的呈现,有助于使用者较全面深入地把握某一问题的实质,从而促进知识创新。This paper suggested an XML-based way to develop flexible knowledge management soft＇ware. Users could use a special Delphi tool to record and modify the knowledge they get through reading papers and books, and could use web browsers to view all the knowledge they stored in the XML file. This may inspire their new knowledge.
