高频高磁损耗材料传导干扰抑制特性研究

摘  要:为了验证软磁合金复合材料(SCM)对传导干扰电流的抑制作用,建立了微带线(MSL)装置模拟印制线路板(PCB),通过测量放置复合材料前后MSL的S参数变化来分析材料的传导干扰抑制性能。在同等条件下,进行了SCM与其它类干扰抑制材料(磁性金属复合材料、铁氧体材料)的对比测试。结果表明,1.8 GHz时SCM的最大损耗功率比(Ploss/Pin)为0.4,明显高于其它材料,具有优越的传导干扰抑制性能。To validate the conducted interference current suppression effect of soft magnetic alloy composite material (SCM), microstrip line (MSL) device was established to simulate PCB (Printed Circuit Board). The conducted interference suppression performance of composite material was studied by measuring S parameter change of MSL with and without suppression materials. Contrast tests were carried out between SCM and other suppression materials (magnetic metal composite material and ferrite material) under the same condition. Obtained results show that the maximum of power loss (Ploss / Pin) of SCM is reached 0.4 in 1.8 GHz, and it is higher than other materials distinctly, so SCM has an excellent suppression action to conducted interference.
