摘 要:采用超微粉体技术将中药材粉碎成微米级粉体,再过筛、制粒、干燥成型,制成中药超微饮片。研究表明:中药超微饮片具有普通饮片基本相同的药理作用,而用量仅为普通饮片临床用量的1/3;中药超徽饮片急性毒性试验的LD_(50)和最大耐受量低于普通饮片,表明其安全性相对提高了。Ultramicro herbal powders were prepared from raw herbal materials by the ultramicro grind processes including grind, shitting, pelletization, desiccation and confectioning. Researches indicated that although the ultramicro herbal powders remain the same pharmacological effects as the conventional herbal pieces prepared for decoction, the quantity needed in the herbal prescription was one third as much as conventional herbal pieces. Acute toxicity tests found that the LD50 and the maximal tolerant dosages of the ultramicro herbal powders are less than the conventional herbal pieces, suggesting the ultramicro herbal powders are relatively safe for administration.
