摘　　要：雷尼酸锶是第一个具有双重药理作用的抗骨质疏松新药,在保持骨形成的同时抑制骨吸收,具有安全、耐受性好且服用方便等特点。现对其药理作用、药动学、临床评价及安全性等做一综述。Strontium ranelate is licensed for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis to reduce the risk of vertebral and hip fractures. It has a novel mode of dual actions, both increasing bone formation and reducing bone resorption. Its advantages include well tolerated, less adverse effects and easy to use. This paper reviews the pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, clinical evaluation and safety profile of strontium ranelate.
