混凝法去除热轧浊环水中污染物的研究

摘  要:采用混凝的方法去除热轧浊环水中的污染物,进行混凝剂筛选,确定最佳混凝剂为聚合硫酸铁。试验结果表明聚合硫酸铁处理热轧浊环水具有加药量少、絮体生成快、污染物去除率高,且不需投加助凝剂和抗冲击负荷能力强等优点。在其加药量为10mg/L、酸度值pH8的条件下,SS、油和浊度的去除率分别达到98%、89%和97.6%。The craft condition of removing the main pollutants in the hot rolling turbid circulating wastewater by coagulating sedimentation is discussed. The experimental results showed that PFS had a good coagulation effect in this wastewater. The removal rate of SS, oil and turbidity were 98%, 89% and 97.6% under the conditions of 10 mg/L coagulant, pH 8. The treatment of the hot rolling turbid circulating wastewater by PFS have not only advantage of low coagulant to the coagulant quantity, higher removal rate of pollutants,without any coagulant aid but also have a good adaptability to SS.
