摘 要:基于绿色设计的理念,提出了间冷冰箱蒸发器的改进设计方案,铜蒸发管改为铝蒸发管,铝管加热化霜改为石英管辐射化霜,取消储液器。通过对改进前后蒸发器的比较与分析,证明了改进的可行性。实验结果表明,采用改进蒸发器冰箱的性能符合设计和使用要求。Based on the idea of green design, this paper presents improved design scheme of frost - free refrigerator - freezers evaporator, including copper boiling tube being converted into aluminum boihng tube, aluminum tube conducting detcoster being converted into quartz tube radiating defroster and removing accumulator. By comparing the new evaporator with the original one, it has been proved that the improved design is feasible. The experimental results have shown that the refrigerator - freezers utilizing improved evaporator meet design and operating requirements. The decrement of refrigerant charge reaches 30% to 40% by weight. Furthermore, the green design has resulted in decreasing generate of waste, reducing spot welds, dramatically facihtating being reused, recovered and recycled for the improved evaporator without electrophoretic coating.
