摘  要:目的:研究甘肃麻黄药材的指纹图谱测定方法,并对不同种属、不同来源的麻黄药材进行指纹图谱分析。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用Luna C_(18)(2)(250mm×4.60mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液(4∶96),流速1mL·min^(-1),检测波长210nm,记录时间35min。结果:获得了较为理想的甘肃麻黄药材HPLC指纹图谱,标定了10个特征指纹峰,并利用对照品对其中的麻黄碱与伪麻黄碱进行了标记。结论:本文所建立的麻黄药材指纹图谱,可以有效地反映甘肃麻黄药材的内在质量,有助于麻黄药材的标准化种植。Objective:To study the determination method of the fingerprint of Herba Ephedrae from Gansu province, and analysis the fingerprint from different sources. Methods:The HPLC method was adopted. The column was Luna C18(2) (250 mm×4.60mm,5μm),the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0. 2% phosphoric acid solution(4: 96) and the flow rate was 1 mL · min^- 1, detection wavelength was 210 nm, and recording time was 35 min. Results:A satisfaetory method for HPLC fingerprint determination of Herba Ephedrae from Gansu was established, 10 characteristic peaks in the HPLC fingerprint were indicated. The ephedrine and pseudoephedrine were identified with reference substances. Conclusion:The HPLC fingerprint can be used for quality control of Herba Ephedrae from Gansu province.
