摘　　要：目的:建立测定尼莫地平亚微乳的包封率的方法。方法:本文通过葡聚糖凝胶柱法和透析法分离游离药物,采用高效液相色谱法测定了尼莫地平亚微乳的包封率,并考察了这2种方法的可行性;结果:2种方法测定尼莫地平亚微乳的包封率分别为97.9%和96.8%,回收率分别为98.30%和99.71%,加样回收率分别为98.10%和99.83%。结论:葡聚糖凝胶柱法和透析法可用于亚微乳的包封率的测定。Objective： To establish methods for the determination of the entrapment efficiency of nimodipine submicroemulsion. Methods： Sephadex column and dialysis were applied to isolate free drug and high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the entrapment efficiency of NIM submicroemulsion. The feasibility of these two methods was investigated. Results： The entrapment efficiency determined by these two methods was 97.9%, 96. 8% respectively, with the drug recovery of 98.30% ,99. 71%, the sample recovery of 98. 10% ,99. 83%. Conclusion：The methods of sephadex column and dialysis can be applied in the determination of the entrapment efficiency of submicroemulsion.
