摘　　要：本文从煤炭企业引进毕业生的现状出发,提出了煤炭企业引进人才、留住人才的对策,对政府、高校和煤炭企业有很高的参考价值。Based on the current situation of college graduates＇ employment in coal enterprises, this paper discussed the ideas of how to attract graduates to select and employ in coal enterprises for many years The paper has great reference value for government, universities and coal enterprises.
