摘　　要：本文分析了IPTV及宽带业务需求对承载网络发展的技术要求,并结合电信运营商现网的特点,提出了发展宽带业务的关键技术及宽带城域目标网的架构,最后探讨并概要给出了承载网络总体功能技术需求。This paper analyses the needs of IPTV and broadband services on the technology requirements of carrier network development. Combined the current network features of telecom providers, this paper proposes the key technologies of broadband service development and the targeted network architecture of metro, and presents carrier network overall functional technology requirements by outline investigation.
