摘　　要：在对装配定制型企业内部物流特点与现状分析的基础上,针对装配定制型制造企业集群传统物流模式存在的问题,提出一种基于物流中心的装配定制型制造企业集群物流模式,并设计了支持该模式的信息化支持平台,取得一定的效益。Based on the analysis on the characteristics and existing condition of the internal logistics in customized-assembling enterprise, aimed at issues of traditional logistics mode in customized-assembling enterprise cluster, a logistics mode based on logistics centre has been proposed. An information platform was designed to support the mode. Finally, the case study, implementing the mode into electrical equipment enterprise cluster has been presented.
