摘　　要：为了有效地缩短产品开发周期,提高设计质量,降低装配成本,提出一种基于Solid Edge,3ds max和Authorware的装配工艺多媒体教学软件的开发及应用。该软件可通过三维仿真动画生动直观地进行产品的预装配,并演示装配条件与装配要求。实际应用证明,该软件能有效地对产品的可装配性进行评价,验证装配工艺规划结果,对装配工人领会装配工艺规程和检测等有很大帮助。Recommends a multimedia instructional software of product assembly process which designed by SolidEdge,3ds max and Authorware to shortening the developing period, improving the design quality and reducing the cost. This software explodes the products preassembling by three-dimensional animation and shows the process conditions and requirements simultaneously. It＇s proved that the software can evaluate product assemblability and verify the result of assembly process planning. It is helpful to millwright to understand the assembly process of product and detect assembly related problems without going through physical mock-ups.
