改良式单孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿52例围术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良钻孔引流手术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿围手术期护理方法。方法:经对52例患者的术前、术中、术后精心护理加强支持治疗和并发症对症处理。结果:52例患者全部治愈,术后并发症少,其中1例不同部位脑出血经保守治疗痊愈;8例不同程度颅内积气、积液经引流管回抽后自然吸收痊愈。结论:术前正确评估,术后正确护理措施是预防术后并发症的发生、提高生存率及生存质量的关键。Objective： To explore methods in perioperative nursing care in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma by improved trepanation and drainage. Methods： Fifty two patients were given careful nursing care combined with supportive therapy and appropriate treatment for complications before operation, in operation and after operation. Results： All the patients were cured with less postoperative complication. One of the patients suffering from cerebral hemorrhage were also cured by conservative treatment and 8 patients with different intrancranial pneumatosis and effusion restored through drainage. Conclusion： It is very important to make a correct evaluation before operation and take correct nursing measure after operation, which can effectively prevent from postoperative complication and increase rate of survival and quality of life.
