摘　　要：目的了解1995-2005年山西省阳泉市梅毒疫情流行病学特征,为制定有效的防治措施提供科学依据。方法对1995-2005年性病报告资料进行统计分析。结果1995-2005年阳泉市累计报告梅毒病例1280例,占报告性病总数的11.01%。梅毒发病率呈明显上升趋势,由1995年的0.33/10万上升到2005年的18.04/10万;病例主要集中在20～39岁人群,占71.64%,男性占53.36%;工人发病最高,占27.27%;中学文化程度占85.39%;Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期梅毒占85.47%,隐性梅毒占11.56%,胎传梅毒占1.17%。感染途径以性传播为主。结论梅毒在阳泉市仍呈快速增长趋势,已进入高流行阶段。应加大对青壮年人群,特别是煤矿工人、无业(待业)人员的防治知识宣传及高危人群的行为干预,采取积极有效的预防控制措施,以控制阳泉市梅毒的传播与流行。Objective This analysis was conducted to investigate the epidemiological features of syphilis in Yangquan City from 1995 to 2005 for providing a scientific basis for the development of effective preventive measures. Methods Statistical analysis was done of the data on STD from 1995 to 2005. Results From1995 to 2005, 1280 cases of syphilis were reported in Yangquan City, accounting for 11.01% of the total of the reported sexually transmitted diseases. A clear upward trend was seen in the incidence of syphilis, rising from 0.33/lakh in 1995 to 18.04/lakh in 2005. Cases were mainly concentrated in people at the age of 20-39, accounting for 71.64% and 53.36% in male, with the highest incidence seen among workers, accounting for 27.27%. Those under secondary education level accounted for 85.39%. Stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ syphilis accounted for 85.47%, with latent syphilis accounting for 11.56% and congenital syphilis for 1.17%. The majority of cases were sexually transmitted. Conclusion Syphilis shows rapid growth trend in Yangquan City, and has entered a phase of high prevalence. It is required to propagandize the knowledge of the prevention and treatment of the disease among young people, especially coal miners and job seekers and the unemployed, intervene the behaviors of high-risk groups and take positive and effective measures for the prevention and control of the epidemic to restrict its spread in Yangquan City.
