摘　　要：研究了加工改性剂、热稳定剂和润滑剂等对PVC防护栏表面光滑度的影响。结果表明：ACR-401比ACR-201的效果好，ACR-401用量为1．5～3．0份；有机锡热稳定剂可使物料充分塑化，可改善PVC防护栏表面光滑度；润滑剂要适量，否则会造成PVC防护栏表面不光滑，甚至使物料难以挤出；抗氧化剂有助于物料的挤出成型。Influences of processing modifier, heat stabilizer and lubricant on the surface glossy degree of PVC protective gratings were studied. The results showed that： the effect of ACR-401 was better than that o f ACR - 201 and the using amount o f ACR - 401 were 1.5 ～3.0 parts;organotin heat stabilizer could fully plasticize the materials, improve the surface glossy degree of protective gratings; the using amount of lubricant should be suitable, otherwise the surface of protective gratings would not be glossy, furthermore,the extrusion of materials would be difficult;the using of antioxidant was helpful for the extrusion moulding of materials.
