摘　　要：为了顺利纺制竹纤维18.5 tex针织用赛络纱,确保成纱质量,根据竹纤维性能特点,通过纺纱实践,对纺纱各工序进行了工艺优化。结果表明:清梳工序要充分开松和梳理,减少纤维损伤;并粗工序采用轻定量;细纱工序加强操作,减少断头。竹纤维18.5 tex赛络纱成纱条干、强力、毛羽指标较好,但成纱细节较多,需要进一步改善。To spin bamboo 18.5 tex knitting yarn and guarantee yarn quality, each process of spinning were optimized according to property speciality of bamboo fiber. The test shows that fully opening ＆ carding should be adopted in cleaning and carding process to reduce fiber damage, small quantum should be adopted in drawing and combing process, control should be strengthen in spinning process to reduce broken ends. Bamboo 18, 5 rex knitting siro yarn has better evenness, higher strength, less hairiness. It also has fewer thin places, this should he improved.
