摘  要:目的探讨抵当口服液对脑出血后脑组织的保护机制。方法采用Nath改良法建立脑出血模型,用免疫组织化学方法观察脑出血后c-fos蛋白的表达及脑水肿指数。结果与生理盐水组相比,模型组脑组织含水量较高;抵当口服液组脑组织含水量较模型组低。与生理盐水组相比,模型组c-fos表达明显增高;与模型组相比,抵当口服液组c-fos表达明显降低。结论抵当口服液可能通过抑制脑出血后脑组织中c-fos蛋白的表达,减轻脑水肿的发生。Objective: To investigate the protective mechanism of Didang Oral solution(抵当口服液) on brain with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: After the establishment of the rat models with cerebral hemorrhage using modified Nath methods, the expression of c- fos protein and encephaledema index were observed with immunohistochemistry(IHC). Results: Compared with the physiological saline group, the brain moisture content of the model group was higher, and that of the D/dang group was lower than that of the model group. And while the expression of the c - los protein of model group significantly increased compared with the physiological saline group, and that of the Didang group was lower than that of the model group. Conclusion: Didang Oral Solution could decrease the encephaledema, which may be via decreasing the expression of c - fos protein.
