摘  要:目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的变化及相互关系。方法:对52例系统性红斑狼疮患者(SLE组)和30例健康人(对照组),测定血浆Hcy,颈动脉超声检测其IMT,并进行比较分析。结果:SLE组Hcy明显高于对照组(P=0.000),SLE组IMT亦明显高于对照组(P=0.000),Hcy与IMT呈正相关(r=0.861,P=0.000)。结论:系统性红斑狼疮患者存在早期动脉粥样硬化,Hcy升高与颈动脉IMT密切相关,高Hcy血症可能是引起系统性红斑狼疮动脉粥样硬化的重要原因之一,Hcy和IMT可作为预测系统性红斑狼疮早期动脉粥样硬化的可信指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma homocysteine(Hcy) levels and the intimamedia thickness(IMT) of carotid artery in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods The plasma Hey levels were determined and the IMT of carotid artery was measured, respectively in 52 SLE patients and 30 controls. Results The levels of Hcy and the value of IMT in the SLE patients were observed significantly higher than those in controls(P 〈 0.01 ). Moreover, a significant correlation was found between plasma Hcy and IMT of carotid artery(r = 0.861, P = 0.000). Conclusions Premature atherosclerosis exists in SLE patients, and a correlation is significant between plasma Hcy levels and the IMT of carotid artery. Hcy may be an important factor of the obesity induced atherosclerosis in SLE patients, and thus plasma Hcy levels and the IMT of carotid artery can be regarded as a indicator to estimate the atherosclerosis in SLE patients.
