摘　　要：目的观察蝶脉通栓胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的影响。方法采用大鼠大脑中动脉梗塞(MCAO)造成局部脑缺血模型,观察蝶脉通栓胶囊对脑缺血大鼠神经功能、脑梗塞面积的影响。结果蝶脉通栓胶囊高剂量组动物的8h和24h神经功能评分均明显低于模型组(P<0.05),中剂量组动物的24h神经功能评分明显低于模型组(P<0.05),高剂量组的动物脑梗塞面积明显低于模型组。结论蝶脉通栓胶囊对大鼠脑缺血具有一定的预防作用。Objective To observe the effect of Diemai Tongshuan Capsule on the local cerebral ischemia rats, Methods To adopt the local cerebral ischemia model by infarct middle cerebral artery in rats and to observe the effect on the nervous function and the area of cerebral infarction of cerebral ischemia of rat model, Results The score of 8 h and 24 h nervous function in the high dose Diemai Tongshuan Capsule group was obviously lower than that in the model group（P〈0. 05）, And the score of 24h nervous function in the middle dose group was less than that in the model group（ P〈0. 05）, Moreover, the area of cerebral infarction of the animal model of high dose group was significantly decrease than that in the model group. Conclusion Diemai Tongshuan capsule has the preventive effect on cerebral ischemia in rats.
