摘　　要：电子邮件侵权、有害信息传播、链接侵权、网络资源本地化与著作权保护等法律问题在数字图书馆开展的具体信息服务中会经常出现,如果处理不好,将给图书馆带来法律上的不利后果。When providing specific information service, the digital library will frequently meet some legal problems, such as infringement on email, harmful information dissemination, infringement on linkage right, network resources localization and copyright protection. If they can not be solved properly, they will bring negative legal consequence to the library.
