摘　　要：从分析军队中小型专业图书馆及其数字参考咨询服务的特点入手,指出了在军队中小型专业图书馆中开展数字参考咨询服务面临的问题,提出在传统参考咨询与数字参考咨询相结合、创办特色和精品咨询服务的基础上,借鉴国内外图书馆界及非图书馆界的先进经验,采用或制定相关标准规范,联合其他中小型专业图书馆,依托大型图书馆,充分依靠学科专家的力量,走共知、共建、共享的联合数字参考咨询服务之路。Proceeding from an analysis of the characteristics of medium and small-sized military special libraries and their digital reference service, this paper points out the problems the medium and small-sized military special libraries are confronted with in providing digital reference service. The paper suggests that they should, based on the combination of the traditional reference service with the digital reference service, provide high quality reference service with characteristics. They should use the the advanced experiences of libraries at home and abroad for reference, adopt or formulate relevant standard and specifications, unite with the other medium and small-sized special libraries, relies on large-scale libraries, depends fully on subject specialists, and takes a road of providing joint digital reference service with the stress on common knowledge, joint constructing and joint sharing.
