摘　　要：[目的]了解十堰市城郊乡镇骨干人群和农民艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为状况,为下一步开展健康教育与行为干预提供依据。[方法]自行设计调查问卷,采用自填式问卷调查的方法收集资料。[结果]在艾滋病相关知识的认知方面,骨干人群回答正确率普遍比农民高。被调查者对艾滋病人的歧视现象比较严重,但绝大多数被调查者愿意了解更多预防知识。在艾滋病知识传播方面,最主要的渠道是宣传墙报、广播电视和报刊杂志,在这方面农民和骨干人群也不同。[结论]应在该乡镇深入持久有针对性地开展艾滋病健康教育干预工作。[Objective] To understand the situation of knowledge, attitude, and behavior related to AIDS of core population and peasants in suburb of Shiyan city, and provide evidence for further behavioral intervention arid health education. [Methods] Data were collected by questionnaires. [ Results] The correct answers to questions on knowledge related to AIDS of core population were more than that of peasants. The investigated people showed a serous discrimination towards AIDS patients while most of them were wiling to know more knowledge about AIDS prevention. The main channels to propagate knowledge related to AIDS were wall newspapers, radio, television, magazine and newspapers, but there were differences between peasants and core population. [Conclusion] We should carry, out long-term health edueation arid intervention with a clear aim in this suburb area.
