柳州市大中专新生视力状况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解和掌握大中专新生入学视力状况,为保护和预防学生视力低下提供帮助。[方法]采用标准对数视力表,对2003～2005年19946名大中专新生进行裸眼视力检查。[结果]19946名新生中,视力正常率占59.45%,视力低下率占40.55%,其中轻度视力低下占21.48%,中度视力低下占41.54%,重度视力低下占36.98%。女生视力低下率高于男生。2003～2005年视力低下率呈上升趋势。[结论]加强健康教育力度,切实做好大中专新生视力保护工作。[ Objective] To find out and grasp the condition of eyesight among new students of colleges and technical secondary sehools, so as to provide help to prevent students from poor eyesight. [Methods] Standard logarithmic visual acuity chart were applied on 19 946 new students of colleges and technical secondary schools from 2003 to 2005. [Results] Of the 19 946 new students, the rate of good eyesight was 59.45%. The replacement rate was 40.55%, in which the rate for low myopia was 21.48%, medium myopia was 41,54% and high myopia was 36.98%. Eyesight of girls was poorer than that of boys. The rate of bad eyesight showed an increasing tendency fiom 2003 to 2005. [Conclusion] We should reinforce health education and do a better job to protect eyesight of new students of colleges and technical secondary schools.
