摘　　要：本文讨论了GML 3.0/SVG在导航监控数据发布中的优势,在简要介绍地理信息标记语言GML和可伸缩矢量图像SVG的基础上,论述了基于GML 3.0/SVG的导航监控数据发布的系统构成,阐述了应用模式的制定、数据库检索生成GML文档、专有交换格式到GML的转换和GML到SVG的转换等关键技术。最后,进行了系统实现。In this paper, the superiority of navigation data publication using GML 3.0/SVG is discussed firstly. Then, on the basis of brief introduction of Geographic Markup Language and Scalable Vector Graphic, the system architecture of navigation data publication using GML 3.0/SVG is disserted. Moreover, several key technologies are expatiated, such as the establishment of application schema, the formation of GML document by searching for database, the transformation from special exchange format to GML, and from GML to SVG. At last, the system is carried out.
