摘　　要：在分析B423型针梳机上自调匀整装置存在不足的基础上,提出采用可编程控制器来实现对老机型的改造。着重阐述了改造的总体方案及可编程控制器软、硬件的实现方法,并通过在B423型针梳机上的调试得到了较好的匀整效果。A programmable controller is used to modify old model gill box on the basic analysis of the short comings of the auto leveller of model B423 gill box. The article stresses the general idea of this applicator and the realizing method of the soft wear and hard wear of the programmable controller. The application on model B423 gill box achieved a better auto levelling result.
