摘　　要：通过分析纯棉细特高密宽幅防羽绒织物在浆纱工序和织造工序的生产技术难点,确定了浆纱工序采用“两高一低”上浆工艺路线的浆料配方及上浆工艺参数、织布工序工艺参数及技术措施,使产品合格率达到了90%以上,为进一步发挥GA615-280型宽幅有梭织机生产高档产品的更大潜力奠定了基础。Technical difficulties in producing fine count and high density pure cotton broad downproof cloth in its sizing process and weaving process are analyzed, and size mixture and sizing parameters in an adopted sizing route of high pressure, high concentration and low viscosity as well as weaving processing parameters and technical measures are also researched and determined. The rate of qualification thus reached more than 90%. The base to put into full use of GA615-280 board shuttle loom to weave high-grade fabrics is estabhshed.
