摘　　要：糖尿病Charcot足是发生在病程较长的糖尿病患者足部的一种骨关节的慢性进展性疾病。目前其发病机制有神经创伤理论和神经血管理论等多种学说。由于尚无统一的临床和放射学诊断标准,许多病例被延误诊断,导致严重的关节破坏、畸形及溃疡,甚至截肢。近年来,随着骨扫描及核磁共振成像等技术的应用,糖尿病Charcot足得到了早期的诊断和治疗。Diabetic Charcot neuroarthropathy is a chronic and progressive disease of bone and joints, which can be seen in the foot and ankle of some diabetic patients with a longer duration of diabetes mellitus. The pathogenesis includes neuro-traumafic theory, neuro-vascular theory and some other theories. Since there are no clinical and radiologic standards of this disease, the diagnosis of many cases are delayed and this causes severe joints destruction, deformity, foot ulcer, even amputation. In recent years, with the development of bone scan and MRI technology, diabetic Charcot foot has been diagnosed and treated early.
