摘 要:以岩石材料的CT图像为研究对象,充分利用CT扫描图像资料中的信息,提出了一种CT图像分析方法.首先利用数字图像增强技术实现了CT图像的伪彩色增强,并根据数字图像灰度直方图技术分析岩石损伤演化规律,不仅从视觉上可直观地观察到岩石的损伤演变情况,而且可准确、定量地分析损伤演变过程;然后根据数字图像分割技术提取岩石中的空隙、裂隙和岩体颗粒,获得CT图像的真实细观结构,准确地描述了岩石材料内部介质的空间分布;结合损伤理论定义了以损伤面积作为损伤因子的损伤变量,损伤变量与偏应力间的曲线关系符合岩石损伤演化特性.Based on the CT image of rock, came up with a new method of CT image analysis and made the best of information of CT image. Firstly, accomplished false color reinforcement of CT image and analyzed the damage propagation characteristics of rock according to histogram of CT image. In this way we can not only directly see the course of damage propagation from the sense of sight but also quantificationally and accurately analyze the damage propagation of rock under different damage stage. Then, the real microstructure was got by the technique of image segmentation and extracted cranny and hole and rock mass from CT image. Digital image processing methods were used as a measurement tool to construct a digital representation for the actual spatial distribution of different materials in the rock. Lastly, defined the damage variable about damage area and obtained the relation between damage variable and damage deviatoric stress which correspond exactly to the damage propagation characteristics.
