摘 要:以煤气等为例对可燃气体和液体的最大允许氧含量进行了大量实验研究,同时通过运用与爆炸极限对比分析的方法对最大允许氧含量的变化规律和影响因素进行了理论分析,得出如下结论:最大允许氧含量具有最大值和最小值,而且两者之间每一可燃物浓度都对应唯一的最大允许氧含量值;可通过减少反应中氧浓度、降压、降温、加入惰性气体等办法,以缩小爆炸极限范围,增大最大允许氧含量,从而将其控制在爆炸范围之外.Taking the coal gas as example, conducted the massive experimental study on MAOC ( maximum allowable oxygen content) of flammable gases and liquids. At the same time, through the method of contrasting with the explosion limit, carried on theoretical analysis and exploration of MAOC varying laws and affecting factors. The resuits show that MAOC has both the maximum value and the minimum value, moreover between them, concentration for each combustible substance corresponds to the sole value of MAOC. By the ways of reducing oxygen concentration in reaction, decreasing pressure and temperature, adding inert gas and so on to narrow the scope of the explosion limit, increase MAOC value, ultimatedly which will control it beyond the explosion scope.
