特种软质铁素体不锈钢的研制

摘　　要：介绍一种可以制作纪念币以及娱乐用币材料的软质铁素体不锈钢。根据使用性能要求,进行了成分设计和工艺研究。试制结果显示该材料的硬度适中、抗皱性好并且抗氯化物腐蚀能力比SUS430钢强。A soft ferritic stainless steel was introduced which could be manufactured for the commemorative and entertaining coin. According to the requirement for the service performance, the steel composition was designed and the production process was studied. The test results showed this material had proper hardness, free of ridging defect on the chloride than that of SUS430 steel.
