当归多糖铁胃内漂浮缓释胶囊的制备及体外释放度研究

摘　　要：目的制备当归多糖铁(Angelica sinensis Polysaccharide Iron Complex)胃内漂浮缓释胶囊,并对其体外释放度进行研究。方法以胶囊的漂浮性能和体外释放度为评价指标,对3种不同处方所制得的胶囊进行比较,筛选出最佳处方,并对此胃内漂浮缓释胶囊进行质量控制研究。结果其体外持续漂浮时间超过12h,8h释药达90%以上,体外释药符合Higuchui方程,Q=0.416t1/2-0.2717(r=0.9981)。结论当归多糖铁胃内漂浮缓释胶囊具有良好的漂浮性能和理想的释放度。Objective To prepare the Angelica sinensis Polysaccharide Iron Complex （ APIC） floating sustained-release capsules and study release property/n vitro. Methods The preparation procedure was optimized and the floating capacity and the release property/n vitro were compared. Then quality control of the APIC floating sustained-release capsules was made based on the optimal formulation. Results The experiment shows that the APIC floating sustained-release capsules maintained a sustained floating state for over 12 h/n vitro , and the cumulative amounts of release were over 90% in 8 h. The sustained-release property was good and accord with the equation of Higuchui, Q = 0. 416 t^ 1/2-0. 271 7 （ r = 0. 998 1 ）. Conclusion The APIC floating sustained-release capsules had good floating capacity and sustained release effect.
