摘　　要：探讨埋藏式心脏起搏器更换的原因和对策。30例35例次更换起搏器的原因分别为:起搏器使用期限已到电池耗竭23例次,电池提前耗竭4例次,感染2例次,电极导线脱位2例次,排异反应2例次,电极导线断裂1例次,起搏器故障1例次。认为术前做好充分准备,术中严格无菌操作,术后及时有效的护理观察,全程详细准确的健康指导,可避免和减少感染、电池提前耗竭、电极导线脱位、电极导线断裂等发生。Objective To analyze the reason of changing concealed cardiac pacemaker and strategies. The reasons of changing cardiac pacemaker for 35 times in 30 cases are reaching the deadline of cardiac pacemaker and the depletion of battery （23 cases）, premature depletion of battery（4 cases）, infection（2 cases）, dislocation of electrode wires（2 cases）, rejection（2 cases）, fracture of electrode wires（1 case） and disorder of cardiac pacemaker（ 1 case）. A good preparation before operation, keeping aseptic during operation, giving effective nursing care in time after operation and providing health guidance in detail throughout the operation can avoid and decrease the infection, depletion of battery, dislocation and fracture of electrode wires.
