摘　　要：本文介绍了一种不用ＣＰＵ的相位／功率因数两用数字表。这种仪表有效地消除了因输入信号的频率变化而引起的测量误差；用ＥＰＲＯＭ实现表征相位差大小的计数值到Φ值和ｃｏｓΦ值的精确变换。A kind of phase and power-factor digital metre without CPU is presented in this paper.The instrument can eliminate effectively measuring errorsdue to the frequeney changing of the input signal.And it can realize the precise transformation from a kind of counting value which is characterized phase difference to Φ and cosΦ by EPROM.
