摘　　要：针对铁通业务需求,结合Web技术与数据库技术,为铁通公司提供一套完整的业务受理系统,实现业务管理计算机化、网络化。介绍系统体系结构,系统功能结构及业务流程,详细讨论分析配线路由选择、数据库回滚段性能优化、双机热备份等关键技术。系统的应用表明,该系统可靠性高,实用性高,它的推广与应用必将提高铁通公司的业务管理水平。According to the service demands of China Railway Communication Company, the Business Transaction System was set forth which made business transaction computerized and networked. It was described its system architecture design, function structure and business flow, discussed routing in cable layout, rollback segment and hot-standby. The application of the system showed that the system was high reliability and practicability. The popularization and application of the system would improve the level of service management of company.
