Compact Modularized Computer Controlled Conditioning System with High Power Laser Pulsed Power

摘  要:为简化线路,提高系统抗电磁干扰能力和安全性,研制了一套三级六路用于泵浦100J激光功率放大系统氙灯的模块化脉冲能源系统。为此采用电压源、电流源和反馈电路构成氙灯模型,建立了以氙灯为负载的脉冲放电系统的Pspice模型,对脉冲放电系统的平波电感等器件参数进行了计算和优选。实验结果表明:理论计算与实测放电参数吻合良好,电流峰值的理论值与实测值误差为3%。该系统采用电容器一端接地的电路结构,选用真空放电开关、低损耗电缆等低辐射器件,有效抑制了地电位抬高。采取光电隔离、屏蔽等措施进一步提高了系统的抗电磁干扰能力。利用计算机控制技术、光电隔离技术和基于高压大电流真空开关的脉冲功率技术实现了系统的自动化和模块化。A Xeon lamp Pspice simulation model is developed according to the Gonze theory. A current source, a voltage source and a feedback system compose the model which reflects the V-I characteristics of the Xeon lamp. Based on the model, a Pspice simulation model of the pulsed power system of the 100J laser amplifier is developed. A three-stage six modules compact modularized computer-controlled power conditioning system has been made and tested. The discharge circuit of the system is well analyzed based on the Pspice simulation model. The main parts of the discharging circuit such as inductors are designed according to the calculation. The parameters of the parts which make the discharging circuit into critical damp state are calculated and work well. The experimental results show that the experimental data agree well with the simulated ones. The difference between the calculation and the experimental measurement of the current is about 3%. The system is grounded at the end of capacitor. The vacuum switch and low loss cable are utilized in the system. The system synthesizes the computer control, electro-optical isolation, electro-magnetic shielding to improve the anti-electromagnetic-interference ability of the system. Specially, the pulsed power techniques based on the high-voltage high-current vacuum switch are applied in laser pulsed power conditioning system firstly. The reflected pulse caused by the mismatch between the cable and the pre-ignition lamp is utilized to ignite the lamp. The automation and modularization of the system are well designed. The experimental results show that the compact modularized computer-controlled power conditioning system works well in the circumstance in which the electromagnetic interference is very severe.
