摘 要:在常压下进行介质阻挡放电(DBD)必须选择适当的电源频率,适当的电源频率将有利于均匀辉光放电的产生。为了实现常压下的均匀辉光放电,以正弦交流电源为例,探索有利于均匀辉光放电的电源频率。从理论上对介质阻挡放电的放电气隙上的电压变化进行了系统分析,完整地讨论了放电过程中气隙上的电压波形变化以及各波形阶段对应的时间,并进一步确定了放电离子在不同波形阶段的运动情况。在此基础上,根据大气压下有利于均匀辉光放电的放电条件,最终推算出有利于均匀辉光放电的最小电源频率。这一推算结果给出了利用不同成分的气体进行介质阻挡放电时有利于均匀辉光放电的电源频率的最小值,它是介质阻挡放电中的重要参量。At atmospheric pressure if uniform glow discharge is to be established by means of sine-wave voltage power supply in dielectric barrier discharge (DBD), the frequency of power supply, which is critical for the uniform glow discharge, has to be modulated appropriately. This paper aims at formulating the minimum power supply frequency favorable to glow discharge. In the ease of plane-parallel electrodes, the variation between the voltage waveform of two dielectric plates and the voltage waveform of power supply was theoretically discussed, the times of different discharge shapes were respectively calculated, and what is more, the movement of charge ions was demonstrated. On the basis of the studies above, the minimum power supply frequency favorable to uniform glow discharge was formulated. The formula of the minimum power supply frequency is very significant in the application of DBD in which various gases are often induced to generate uniform glow discharge, and therefore it wilt be one of the most important parameters in DBD.
