摘　　要：对滑阀真空泵的振动机理进行研究，用谱分析和波形分析等技术识别泵的振源；对泵进行动力分析，定量计算振动力的大小。为进一步控制滑阀泵的振动，改进设计提供依据。The mechanism of vibration of rotary piston vacuum pump is investigated and the vibration sources of the pump are identified by using the spectrum analysis and waveform analysis techniques.The dynamic analysis which puts emphasis on the main vibration source is performed,and the shaking forces are evaluated.The results provide basic orientation for controlling vibration and improving design of the pump.
